Overview
Titrate is a personal health tracking app designed for GLP-1 and peptide users. We built Titrate with privacy as a foundation — your health data is personal, and it stays that way.
What data Titrate collects
Titrate collects only the information you choose to enter: injection logs (peptide, dose, date, notes), body weight entries, side effect logs (effect name, severity, date), and app preferences and settings.
Titrate does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any personally identifiable information.
Where your data is stored
All data you enter into Titrate is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure on-device storage. Your data never leaves your phone. Titrate has no servers, no cloud storage, and no backend infrastructure of any kind. This means no one at Titrate can access your data, your data is not backed up to any external service, and if you delete the app, your data is permanently deleted with it.
Data sharing
Titrate does not share your data with anyone. We do not sell data. We do not share data with advertisers, analytics providers, or any third parties.
The only external service Titrate interacts with is Apple's App Store for in-app purchase processing. When you make a purchase, Apple handles the transaction according to Apple's own Privacy Policy. Titrate receives only a confirmation that a purchase was completed — no payment details are ever visible to us.
In-app purchases
Titrate offers an optional Premium upgrade via Apple's in-app purchase system. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. Titrate does not collect, store, or have access to any payment or billing information. For questions about billing, refunds, or purchase history, please contact Apple Support at apple.com/support.
Analytics and tracking
Titrate contains no analytics SDKs, no tracking code, no crash reporting tools, and no advertising frameworks. We do not track how you use the app, how often you open it, or what features you use.
Children's privacy
Titrate is intended for users 18 years of age and older. The app is rated 18+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use this app.

The information provided in Titrate — including the reconstitution calculator, side effects guide, and dose tracking — is for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing in Titrate constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, adjusting, or stopping any medication or protocol. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or calculated in this app.

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you are in complete control at all times.
